Lands are available all around and all of them, except one, belong to one owner who owns the lands exploited at the moment. The total area of the lands available will be about 10 hectares.
The totality will allow to set up an estate of 250 to 300 pitches, divided in two parts and three activities, renting, residential and passing lodging.
Location
The campsite is situated South/South West and has a remarkable view on the Vercors and the Valley of Isère.
Touristic potential
Between Grenoble and Chamrousse, between town and mountain. The activity can be considered with two seasons.
The proximity of Uriage, the thermal baths and the Casino, Vizille, Grenoble, the massif of Belledonne but also the Vercors and Chartreuse ones are equal touristic and cultural assets and appeals.
It is to be noticed that at the end of the year « Le Buisson » will be the only campsite near Grenoble, open all the year long.
This ideal location enables an important development during the next few years.
Investments and completions are expected and will be achieved according to the following programme.
Period 2007-2008
1. Creation of a website showing the current state and the development plan.
2. Connection of thirty pitches to mains drainage, including about 25 ones for the residents and 5 for the renting: MH and HLL.
Installation of residential Mobile Home (new and second-hand ones).
Installation of several residential chalets (HLL) including some with exclusiveness.
3. Setting up of a camper service.
4. Installation of gates at the three entries of the campsite. (wireless connection with the central unit allowing better comings and goings).
Period 2008-2009
1. Creation of bathrooms in the former barn, standard 3* 100 E.
2. Connection of two pitches to mains drainage , "low tableland under local way"and "high tableland, the highest one" total of 24 to 36 pitches with:
- Installation of MH for renting
- Installation of residential Mobile Home (new and second-hand ones)

Period 2009-2010
1. Fitting out of the former bathrooms in a snack-bar with solar panel warmed swimming-pool, partly covered and outdoor.
2. Connection of two pitches to mains drainage, "low tableland under local way" and "high tableland, the highest one" total of 24 to 36 pitches with:
- Installation of MH for renting
- Installation of residential Mobile Home (new and second-hand ones)

Period 2010-2012
1. Gradual extension of the campsite in two parts; low part in a campsite, high part in a leisure residential estate.
2. Potential of 300 pitches including:
+/- 80-90 residential ones
+/- 110-120 renting ones (MH, HLL spread according to the areas and the slopes)
+/- 100 passing ones GCC
Commercially
Contacts are already made with a few agencies and "European-sized" Tour Operators that would be delighted to list « Le Buisson » in their future programmes. The area of Grenoble being quite unattended to this regards. A synergy between Chamrousse and some low cost companies can be considered as regards Winter season.
